Introducing Papalo’s Spiced Vinegar (Sukang Mansanas)! Made in the U.S.A, Papalo's Spiced Vinegar takes pride in bringing you a taste of the Philippines!

The ingredients from this spiced vinegar was created by an Ilocano Filipino man who immigrated to the United States in 1977 from a very small province in the Philippines. He is known as “Papalo”.

Papalo wanted to make a spiced vinegar that was similar to what he had at home. After many years of trying to perfect the recipe, he finally did it!

What's wonderful about Papalo’s recipe is that it uses natural and organic ingredients, uses apple cider vinegar and contains absolutely NO MSG— something he takes great pride in!

Today, we are excited to share Papalo’s Spiced Vinegar to all our family and friends around the world!

Papalo's Spiced Vinegar pairs well with fried foods, including Filipino fried finger foods, which Filipinos call "pulutan".
